Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers give us access instructions when they book. If you'd rather be there, that's fine too.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Your cleaner brings all products and equipment.
What if I need to reschedule?
Log in to your account or call or text (813) 359-0745. Please give us at least 24 hours where you can.
How do arrival windows work?
We give a window rather than an exact time, because traffic and the job before yours both move. We'll let you know when your cleaner is on the way.
What about pets?
Not a problem — just tell us when you book so your cleaner knows what to expect. If a pet is nervous around strangers, it helps to secure them.
How do I pay?
By card, charged after the job is finished. We place a hold on the card before the appointment to make sure it goes through.
Do you clean homes over 4,000 sq ft?
Yes, but those are quoted individually rather than priced online.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo the areas that fell short.
