The Move-In / Move-Out Clean is an empty-home reset: inside the cabinets, inside the appliances, every room brought back to walkthrough condition. It's the clean landlords check against and buyers walk into. One rule makes it work: the home must be vacant with water and electricity on — that's what lets us reach everything and leave it inspection-ready.

Does it really include inside cabinets and appliances?
Yes — that's the difference between this and a deep clean. Cabinets, drawers, inside the oven and refrigerator are part of the service, because that's what walkthroughs check.
Does the home have to be empty?
Yes — vacant, with water and electricity on. Furniture and boxes block the areas this clean exists to reach.
Can my landlord or realtor let the cleaner in?
Absolutely. Put their name and the entry plan in your booking notes; you'll get confirmation when the clean is complete and your card is only charged after.
